We are a turnkey solution company for your home or business. We started as a disaster restoration specialist, and have grown over the years to bring more quality services to our customers. FRS now has three distinct services, First Restoration Services, FRS Construction, and FRS Cleaning. All three provide the same quality of services our customers demand and have received since 1987.

First Restoration Services

The longest family owned disaster restoration specialist company in Western North Carolina, with more than 10,000 projects completed. First Restoration Services serves all of WNC and Upstate, SC for water damage, fire & smoke damage, mold remediation, natural disasters and any other type of structure emergency need for residential and commercial properties. We built this company on trust and a quality job done right, these values are still ingrained with us today.

FRS Construction

We started this division back in the 90’s when we saw homeowners needed to get back into their home after an emergency. In order to help homeowners and facility mangers get back in their buildings faster, we started a construction rebuild department. With our quality of work and timeliness, that helped us expand to any type of construction needs your residential or commercial property may have. If you need a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, basement remodel, or office remodel, FRS Construction can help you. We service the Asheville, Hendersonville, Brevard, NC and surrounding areas.

FRS Cleaning

When it comes to cleaners in your home or business, trust may be the biggest factor, and the FRS name is synonymous with trust. We background check and drug test all our employees, so you can feel confident when you let one of our cleaners in your home or business. Home cleaning, apartment cleaning, or moving in/out cleaning, FRS Cleaning can do it all.

Following a flood that started in the bathroom of my house, their team was here 45 minutes after they were called, and went to work extracting the water, setting up fans to dry the carpet and taking the trash with them (soaked carpet pads and hardwood boards). A FRS person came out early the next two mornings to check on how the carpet was drying and they were able to take away all their equipment on the third day.
